Unibet, one of Europe's leading betting platforms, was expanding to the American market, with competitors outspending them 20-1. We needed to give the American public a reason to give Unibet a shot. Enter Nigel, the new head of Unibet U.S. and an upstanding Englishman who knows nothing about American sports. We ensured bettors knew Nigel was out of his element so they would, in turn, be inspired to take advantage of Unibet.
